Verification is the process of checking the veracity of information, the authenticity of documents from a defector. The purpose of such verification is one thing: to make sure that the person is exactly who he or she appears to be. The process itself consists of many steps, but in simple words, it is a long conversation in which the deserter tells us his whole story and then answers the questions posed by the verification team. It is important to note that we are not a morals and ethics committee. The only thing that matters to us is that the person is not lying about themselves.
